Vrinda's pov

This is the most beautiful morning of my life. The early risers chirping, morning sun beams peeking through the clouds casting a warm glow over the village, birds about their morning rituals, a gentle cool breeze, golden light everywhere, covering natural and man-made creations, full of beauty and magic, filled with the promise of a new beginning.

I am Vrinda Bhati , known as a beauty all across my village. Today I turned 20, the day I had long awaited, as a beacon of hope and freedom from the shackles of my past.

I was 5 years old when my parents died. They were murdered, but no one knows the murder case or who did it.

I stood strong, with a resilient spirit fueled by the memory of my parents and the determination to carve out a better future for myself.

I live with my Khadus Chachi, my Gussel Chacha, and their beautiful daughter, "Anutara.". We live in a small village. People in my village call me Chulbuli.

I did B.Com. from a small college after completing my 12th at the age of 16. My chacha and chachi never wanted me to study, but I have always fought with them regarding my studies.

My dad was a great man, and we were rich, but after my parents died, my chacha took over our house. Since then, Chachi has treated me like a servant. Some people say that my parents were killed by my own chachi and chachu.

The weight of their mistreatment had burdened me for too long, and I yearned for a life of independence and self-determination.

But I am strong and fearless, like my mom. It doesn't matter to me whether my chachi and chachu love me or not.

I had decided that when I turn 20, I will run away from home because I want to live a better life. I don't want to stay here forever; I want to run away and go to a bigger city where I can make all my dreams come true.

I don't want anything from life; I just want a job, my own house, and a partner who is always with me in good or bad times.

Today is the day I will take my first step towards freedom and towards a life of my own making.
